Jason had in the past tweeted “My children are currently learning French, Mandarin will be up next. I intend for them to develop this over the next 10 years. They can’t speak Igbo, (neither can I). It’s okay. The world won’t shake from its foundations.

Few days ago, a section of the country went rampage on Google Play Store to flag down his app which they termed a ‘revenge mission ‘ against Crowwweee which was removed by the playstore.

Bianca Ojukwu Speaks on Sit At Home, Says Igbos Must Be Grateful To Nnamdi Kanu

Published

W

ife of late Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu has pleaded with Igbos not to forget Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.

Nnamdi Kanu has been in custody of Department of State Services, DSS for months, following his arrest or rather kidnap in Kenya by the Nigerian authority. Kanu who leads separatist movement for the Independent state of Biafra commands and controls overwhelming number of followers and sympathizers in old Eastern region of Nigeria.

Weeks after Kanu was wrongly brought back to Nigeria, leaders of the separatist organization, IPOB ordered, as a form of solidarity effort, a sit at home every Monday in South East Nigeria. This order witnessed total compliance during the first week in the region. However, the order was cancelled by IPOB, as it was trailed by criticisms. Surprisingly, people in the region seem to have chosen the path of sitting at home on Mondays, despite cancellation of the order by IPOB leadership.

Bianca Ojukwu, wife of late leader of Biafra, Odumegwu Ojukwu has cautioned the Igbos about betraying their own people, like some of them did to Ojukwu prior and during the Biafran war between 1967-1970.

Speaking on the Sit At Home Order by IPOB, Bianca called for adherence to the order. She also called out first President of Nigeria, Nnamdi Azikiwe and Nigerian army major, Emmanuel Arinze Ifeajuna as people who in their foolishness betrayed Ojukwu by ganging up against him even when he was fighting for their own freedom. Bianca encouraged Igbo leaders to shun the ways of Zik and Ifeajuna, noting that there is urgent need for Igbos to unite and work for the release of IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Her  Words:

SIT AT HOME MONDAY….
It was Calvin Coolidge who once said….’A nation that forgets it’s own defenders will itself be forgotten…’
God forbid that this should be the fate of the Igbo Nation. This is why today, on yet another Monday, we sit at home. Not that we are unaware of the devastating effects on our own economy, but it is unconscionable that armed bandits, self declared terrorist leaders and murderous herdsmen are allowed to roam free while our own son remains in captivity, and our own leaders appear powerless and afraid to intervene. It is downright dehumanizing and provocative.
I thought it appropriate to share these random thoughts of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on this ‘Sit at Home’ Monday. This piece is quite touching. Kindly spare the time and effort to read to the very end.
May it Never be said of us, the Igbo Race, that ‘ There once lived a thankless and ungrateful people….’
NNAMDI KANU, Leader Of IPOB wrote…
‘Last night I kept pondering what our eternal leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, must have gone through in his young brilliant mind when over 50 years ago he had to confront not only the might of a British Government intent on the extermination of the Igbo race but also a global conspiracy against the emergence of Biafra led by turncoat, weak minded Igbo, Ijaw and Ibibio men.
These traitors were to all intent and purposes recruited and groomed as agents of British neo-colonialism to subdue, oppress and subjugate their own people. Something that still obtains till this very day, only this time, via the mindset of a developmentally regressive Fulani hegemonic tendency.
As if confronting the very formidable British neo-colonial machinery and global diplomatic clout wasn’t enough trouble for the Biafran leader, he also had to contend with enemies within his own ranks. Local backstabbers, envious traitors, sell-outs and Efulefus .
Dr Azikiwe (Zik), Ukpabi Asika, Ifeajuna et al, ganged up against him for no reason. Ojukwu’s only crime was trying to free them and the rest of the Easterners from the doom Nigeria had unleashed on them having witnessed over 300,000 men, women and children of Igbo extraction slaughtered in cold blood in Fulani controlled territories of Northern Nigeria.
Do you know some Igbo Efulefus then and their children now still blame Ojukwu for the 1966 Hausa‐Fulani slaughter of 300,000 Igbos in the north that precipitated the Biafran War? Instead of blaming those that carried out the mass slaughter of their own people, they were busy blaming the only man who was courageous enough to try and save them. Incredible isn’t it?
Zik called his own people fighting for survival rebels. He went as far encouraging the world to starve his children to death by denying them aid.
When you sit down to consider, as I have done, what Ojukwu endured, your love for him will increase a million fold and only then will you understand that trying to lead an ungrateful set of people is the most difficult job on this earth. If in doubt ask Moses and Ojukwu what they endured at the hands of Isrealites and Biafrans respectively.’
And Today, I, Iyom Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, wife of our eternal leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu beg of you , UMUIGBO…Let us never forget that today our son remains in captivity. His incarceration also remains an invisible chain on the wrist of every Igbo man. Those of our people who remain less concerned must stop hiding in spineless shadows and apply some heat to their cold feet.
IT IS YOUR FUTURE AND THAT OF YOUR CHILDREN THAT IS AT STAKE. Our Igbo leaders, also must come together and deliberate on diplomatic ways to secure his freedom or at least intensify efforts to ensure that he gets a FAIR and swift trial. It is not enough merely to harp on the devastating effects of the sit at home on the Igbo economy or dish out instructions to our people to normalize Monday day to day activities . Igbo Leaders must come up with alternative constructive solutions that keep Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s captivity and the unjust incarceration of so many other pro Biafra activists on the National front burner otherwise they will perish in captivity, abandoned and forgotten . Failing this, Umuigbo will continue to demonstrate our revulsion against this oppression using the only options available to us.
No….May we never be known as a timid and ungrateful people.
Iyom Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu
Monday 30 August 2021.

Unknown Gunmen Are Fulani People – Gov Ortom

Published

T

he Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has alleged that the unknown Gunmen are people from the Northen part of Nigeria, specifically the Fulanis.

Governor Ortom has remained one of the few Governors from the opposition party  who has constantly opposed the Buhari’s APC administration and its policies. Being one of the state with the highest records of civilian slaughter, Ortom has pointed out, without fear, what he considers a bad policy and loopholes in Buhari administration.

Speaking to BBC News Pidgin, the Governor stated that unknown Gunmen are people from the Fulani tribe, in Northern Nigeria , who move to the South and Middle Belt to attack people of the regions. This is however contrary to what many have believed, that Separatists are the Unknown gunmen.

In his words – “If the Government had the power to stop separatists, like Sunday Igboho and Nnamdi Kanu, why don’t they have the power to stop the bandits who come here to kill us”

“They call them unknown gunmen, but me, from Benue state, I know that it is Fulani people who come here to kill us”

The Governor further alleged that people in Aso Rock are accomplice in the murder of citizens across the country by the Herdsmen.

“Infact, no be me talk am, Fulani Bandits, they no longer like when you called them Fulani, dem just wan make we dey call them bandits and dem don confess say na this government bring dem for 2015, make dem come help dem win election. The people for Presidency, yes, people for Aso Rock, dem get hand for wetin this killers dey do” – He said speaking in Pidgin

When asked if he has proof to back up his allegations, the Governor said no one needs any proof at this point, considering that the government has refused to tag the killers as terrorists and was quick to tag the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB as terrorists.

“If he was quick to go after Igboho in South West and Nnamdi Kanu, but fails to do the same to the bandits, that is my evidence” – He said
